Denver #6

KC # 48 Lower than: Oklahoma City ......and just above New Orleans.......which barely exists as a city.

Way to go KC! Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! :yayaya:

You do realize that the writer of this is a guy who leads and alternative lifestyle and he is ranking sports towns based on where he can find the best hummers don't you?

I'm guessing a handful of guys must have moved from Denver to Chicago this past year in order for them to jump from 15th to 1st place.

How can they possibly rank KC that low? KC has the best fans in the NFL! (just ask them!)

Well I believe it goes a little deeper than just the NFL there SS....KC doesn't have an NBA team nor any prominent college sports....so that just leaves the Chiefs and the Royals and the Royals sure aren't doing anything to boost that.....However if it were about NFL towns you know exactly where you would be lining up...

Only you or Bob would know anything about that. Not there's anything wrong with that. :welcome:

Naptown, I understand that...it was a joke.

For NFL towns, I think they'd look at consecutive sellouts, championships, playoff victories, super bowl appearances, home winning %, etc. It would be easy to eliminate the KC based off of those categories, especially if you are comparing KC to Denver.

I thought "Taggart" from Blazing Saddles was surprisingly accurate in his opinion of the residents in KC...LOL

Its so pathetic they recycle this same stupid article every year. They've had crap sports towns like Atlanta and Los Angeles in the number one spot previously, which says a lot about their credibility.

I was just about to say that as well. Sports city lists are teh ghey. Its like trying to compare who has the biggest internet d*ck for most of these lame writers.

So how do you explain the consecutive sellout streak for Denver vs. KC? Those "Best Fans in the NFL" only showed up when KC started winning again in the early 90's...during the 80's Camarohead was lame...

I don't know why you'd rank a bunch of front runnin' good time charlies as the "Best Fans in the NFL"?

:bandwagon

I will admit that Carl Peterson has had you boys absolutely hypnotized for the last 16 years. Good for him...and the Broncos.

Awful lot of sausage talk in a thread about sports cities.

Based on that criteria, you'd think KC would be ranked much higher.

Going by attendence, LA is either #1 or #2. New York is the only city that can compete, and I think LA has them when you combine all the major pro and college sports.

LA has more sport fans than pretty much any other area. There's no debating that.

I'd live in Frisco over KC any day of the year. Then again, I'd make that choice seeing as how I don't like hanging out near macho, homophobic, meatheaded, mulletbrained, sister humping, meth-addicts.

Have fun emptying the septic tank of your RV tonight
