Then again, she' going to have to get past that snarling pack of liberal wolves she's got chasing her..

That's the bad thing about Hillary being so political, rather than principle based. She has "moved to the middle" on several issues for national appeal purposes. The down side for her is the ripple effect of pissing off her liberal base.

In the end, they will vote for her if she is the nominee. However, she may not make it that far.. She could go down in primary defeats or decide not to run if she "calculates" that she can't win. Either way, it will most likely be because of what I just described..

My guess is that she doesn't run if there are any other strong candidates making a good showing. She would probably rather just keep her safe base of power in her Senate seat and look forward to having a better "legacy" than her old man.. Having to bring Bill back into the spotlight would also be a concern. He is at worst, a giant albatross around her neck, at best a constant distraction.

Deep down inside, I doubt Bill wants her to be President either. I think it would mess with his ego and it might become a competitive thing between them.. Then again, he might be able to rediscover the "power" and "glory" he once enjoyed.. :strong:
