i need to know how to get rid of the regular friend space part so i only have the custom one showing.

as far as I know you just copy all the code, then go to edit profile at the top left of your home screen, go to the box that says About me, and paste it there, then click preview section and see if it took, save changes and view profile.

Looks like that is just the style sheet code & not the complete web page code. Doubt they let you hack it that far, I am not a Myspace user though.

you could try deleteing small chunks of the code and then seeing what was effected, then pasting it back in place.
