Says some encouraging things about Dumervill, I have highe hopes for him, I hope he can be a solid guy in our rotation.

You can still see the frustration from the AFC game. Don't worry Al, I couldn't watch it either. He scratched his forehead, grimmaced, and cleared his throat. In all fairness, we overachieved and have nothing to be ashamed about. It's just so hard to get there and fall short with a poor effort. They have to get that 3rd and long fixed. 21 of 26 conversions and Jakes meltdown, the game wasn't even close.

Oh BTW, Lelie had two catches for 62 yards. I will leave it to the coaches, Jake or Lelie to figure that one out. Obviously, Lelie feels like he hasn't been used properly, and I would agree. He should stick around in his contract year and see what wrinkles Dinger brings in.

Said that scouts don't know crap referring to Dumervil to himself. I liked that. We aren't going to ask Dumervil to stuff the run anyway.

Where was he screwed together? I don't remember that! What a great, articulate speaker and leader. I just hope D.J. doesn't pull a Lelie. Wilson just said work hard and your time will come.

I'm not going to lose sleep over Lelie, he's not the team. Maybe we wait till a player goes down in training camp to move him. Who knows. I do know he's burning bridges for no reason. Catching 1 TD then demanding to be a #1 is ludicrous and I wonder who is whispering in his ear. Also, they are starting to work D.J. at MLB in case Al goes down. Or if Gold goes down. His gripe is that he's coming out on 3rd down. I would rather see a 3-3-5 personally, especially since we are kinda missing a DT. That was a prediction I made that didn't happen, and won't be the last.

Give me one Al Wilson over a Baker's Dozen of Ray Ray's thumping their chest.

It hadn't occured to me until I read Mock's words in your Al Wilson thread, SoCal, but AW does sound a bit like Shanahan! I particularly like the way he handled the questions regarding Ashlie. He offered Lelie support and also suggested his approach to getting what he wants was seriously flawwed. Very tactful.
