guys to bang heads in training camp are a must. Plus when you sit stars during camp because of various reasons, you need a bunch of no name scrubs for your other players to bang on and to fill spots on all the drills. Especially special teams. If one of these scrubs shines which happens from time to time then its a bonus, but don't hold your breath.

In light of these three signings I am now more confident than ever that Denver will win the S.B. this year.

Filling out the training camp roster. I remember the old days when the Broncos would bring in 120 guys for try outs. They would get trimmed the next day, but there would be a boatload of people standing around waiting to run, jump, hop and swing and sway.... It was always a lot o f fun. Guys would come from the State School of Hair Styling of KC (known far and wide as the "Fighting Butterflies"), or Middle Tennesee State Normal School, or some such.
The Broncos did not have to buy tackling dummies for several years.
It was clear they did not have a clearly defined Business Plan in those days.

I'm mildly intrigued by Kevin Harrison. I think there's a market for street FA LBs because good football players are often overshadowed by superior athletic specimens on Draft Day.

I think Save is a stong SOB, if i remember right he set the record for the most bench reps at the combine a couple years ago
