Youch. That has to irritate. Contacts work fine for me, and on the days when I bust out my glasses, the old fashioned kind with the side pieces....I find they're suitable.

Was there really that much call for this? I mean I wear super thin glasses and understand people not wanting something bulky, but this is a joke, This smack of idea that came up when someone was drinking

I did Lasek (monovision) about 3 years ago, couldn't be happier with the results. It's so affordable now I don't why anyone would still wear contacts or glasses that didn't have to.
