Mythbusters: Best Show Ever?

Does anyone watch this show? I think it's great. I really get a kick out of watching Jamie and Adam run around building ridiculous things. Adam kind of reminds me of myself in a lot of ways, except I injure myself less frequently and don't have the technical savy that he does.

The whole crew has good chemistry and it's almost a dream job when you consider all the amazing things they get blow up.

And Kari Byron is mega-hot.

I fully agree. I'm hooked every time the show is on. Plus, it saves me the trouble of expirementing myself with things like, the pop rocks and soda myth (busted), dropping a hammer before you hit the water from a long fall myth (busted), getting better gas mileage with thewindows down instead of ac (plausible)....

That show rocks!

Survivorman is hard core. Dude eats anything and puts hisself is some hard situations.
I watch mythbusters some but some of the myths they are trying to bust are very boring.

There are quite a few. I like the elevator shaft one. Also the cement truck was pretty cool as well.

If you have not tried survivorman you should give it a look. They take this guy and drop him off for a week with virtually nothing and he needs to find water, food and in most cases a way out. He even does all the camera work while trying to survive, they have good to the desert, Artic, Canadian Rockies and the like. It is really interesting and really fun to watch.

I really like mythbusters too. And they really cover most myths.Like riding in a chair under weather balloons. Would trucks fuse if they ran head on into each other at 50mph, and little ones like you can use vodka for mouthwash and foot cleaner/soap

It's a cool show, but lets not get excited. I watch every now and then.

I really love The Great Biker Buildoff. I got tired of American Choppers. I don't care for those corperate bikes they build. I like American Hotrods, and Build or Bust.

I'm hooked on The Amazing Race. I want to go on that show.

Seinfeld was great. I still watch the re-runs. Curb You Enthusiasm is also great.

I watched Heist on FX. It was great until the final episode. I didn't care for the way it ended.

PTI is great.

Married With Children is still the greatest sitcom of all time IMO. The original The Man Show with Kimmel & Corolla was immortal as well.

These days, it's Ghost Hunters, Mythbusters & House.....that's about it.

Oh man that one was funny because they both totally failed. Both their ideas were good except they were made of wood and they just failed.

Love this thread. It seems like every time I come across Mythbusters I can't help but watch. I got caught in a marathon one day and didn't leave the house. As for the best show of all time, it has to be The Simpson's, hands down. 17 seasons and still going strong. May not match the hilarity of the earlier seasons, but it still makes me laugh out loud. Scrubs is probably my favorite after that.

And, oh yeah, Kari Byron is way hot!
