This probably sound a little ridiculous,but I need help. I have two miniature dachunds and I am trying to breed them. They are both males one chocolate/tan and black/tan both AKC registered. I have put an ad in the paper and nothing I have done everything except put them on the corner and pimp them out. I had the same problem with my miniature dachshund. People are very particular especially with the miniature. They either don't want to risk breeding them or they want have exact specifications. He's either too small, too big, wrong color (reddish tan). I still haven't found anyone to breed with mine.

I lost my black and tan one last year and would love one of yours if you are successful. I miss him so much. He wasn't a miniature though and I would love one with big paws like he had.

Very true. But on the flip side, when the dog got older, it would probably know how to sit at the computer and annoy the everloving crap out of people - it could be like a circus act, or something.

I have two female black and tan longhairs. But I'm not going to breed them. I'd never be able to give away, or sell, the puppies. Then I would have too many weenies.

Plus I got one of them from a No Kill Shelter. There are so many dog rescue missions out there I just don't have the heart to let my spoiled dogs produce any more puppies.

I don;t have pictures of them, I got those off the internet but they look just like them. My aunt breeds hers and she always has all of hers sold before they are even born. That's how we got our first one. She has a long haired one and those are always the first ones to go. If you ever change your mind let me know, you can never have to many weenies. :rofl:

I am looking for someone who has a FEMALE miniature dachshund who is looking to breed HER with either one of my MALE miniature dachshunds. If anyone knows anyone like that or is interested themselves please shoot me a pm and we can exchange info. :thumbsup:
