As I'm reading through the guidelines of single game tickets, it strikes me that the way it's worded is that one cannot purchase for multiple games. Meaning, I cannot purchase tickets from ticketmaster for two different games, even if I stay under the 4 ticket limitation. Am I reading this correctly, or does anyone else have a different take on that verbage? It came directly from the Denver Broncos website.

I believe the policy referred to is for 1/2 price tickets made available to the public!

I believe the policy referred to is for 1/2 price tickets made available to the public!
This is how it's worded from DB.com:
Tickets for individual home games will go on sale on a date to be announced by the Broncos this summer. Because the Broncos have been sold out for several years, ticket availability will vary, but a limited number of tickets, mostly singles, will be available for all games.
The Broncos offer a variety of price levels and points of purchase for their fans. Included in the inventory for the public on-sale are half-price tickets, full-price tickets, ADA tickets, and Club Seat tickets. Ticket purchasers may acquire seats via the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system, through the internet at ticketmaster.com, at local Ticketmaster outlets, or at the Broncos Ticket Office. Please see restrictions below. For the best results, the Broncos recommend the online and charge-by-phone capabilities that Ticketmaster provides to help avoid long lines and gain access to the same inventory
In accordance with the Legislation authorizing the construction of INVESCO Field at Mile High, the Broncos will offer 2,000 half-price tickets during the public on-sale. The sale of the 2,000 half-price tickets is in compliance with the Legislation and operating agreement with the Metropolitan Football Stadium District. The Broncos and the MFSD have implemented the following procedures for the purchase of half-price tickets:
The half-price tickets may only be purchased through the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system, through the internet at ticketmaster.com, or in person at the Broncos Ticket Office.
Full-price single game tickets may be purchased via the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system, at any Ticketmaster outlet, through the internet at Ticketmaster.com, or at the Broncos Ticket Office located at INVESCO Field at Mile High. All on sale information will be announced by the Broncos this summer and ticket limits will also apply.
A limited amount of ADA seating for ADA qualified patrons will go on sale concurrently. By agreement with the ADA community, the Broncos have established an ADA hotline for patrons to call when ordering tickets. ADA customers may call 720-258-3337 beginning on the date and time of the public on sale. ADA ticket orders will be processed in order of receipt until sold out. For additional information, please refer to the ADA section of this website.
There will also be a limited amount of Club Seats designated for single game sales. This inventory will also be available on the date and time of the public on sale. There are still a limited number of Club Level season tickets available for the 2006 season by License Agreement. Interested parties should contact the Broncos directly at 720-258-3333 or click on the Club Seat link on this website.
The Broncos Ticket Office will also sell tickets concurrently and from the same inventory as Ticketmaster phone, outlet, and online sales. The same limitations on ticket purchases and delivery apply; however, the Broncos will waive Ticketmaster convenience fees for those who purchase in person at the Ticket Office.
The Broncos Ticket Office is located between gates 9 and 10 near the sculpture ‘The Broncos.’ No ticket purchase lines will be allowed to form until ninety minutes prior to the scheduled on sale time at INVESCO Field at Mile High. Those potential ticket buyers assembled in lines will then select a place in a ticket buying line by a random number drawing. Regardless of where they were situated prior to the drawing, customers will assemble in order with the lowest drawn number being first in line.
I may just need to make a phone call to verify. I don't wnat to get tickets just to have them snagged because I didn't follow rules! That would SUCK!!

This is what I've learned: When single game tickets go on sale make sure know exactly which game you want to go to most and try to get tickets to that one first. One you are 'in line' for tickets you may have to wait upwards of 15 minutes to find out what is available if any. By that time, all other options will be slipping away. I've also learned that it is easier to get multiple tickets together in the upper level. When ordering tickets through Ticketmaster specify which level you want to search. Be careful, if you ask for 4 tickets, lower level you may wait 15 minutes to find out there are none and then miss out on other seats because you have to get back 'in line.' My experience is that it is difficult to get tickets to much more than one or two games due to the high volume of people trying to get tickets at the same time. I know that there are limits on half price tickets, but I think that you can buy up to 8 regular priced tickets for each game. However, don't quote me on that. I will say that it is extremely difficult to get more than a couple of seats together for each game. If you have multiple computers at work or home is very helpful as you can look for multiple games in multiple sections. Fortunately, I have season tickets, but I do always try to get extras for friends and family. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I was under the impression that you could buy up to four tickets per game, I didn't know there was a limit on the half price ones...I got a half price ticket for both the Chiefs and Raiders games last year with no problem until about a week before the Chief game the ticket office called to confirm that my tickets would be waiting for me at the will call. i then asked about the Raider tickets she started clacking away at a keyboard and told me that you can only purchase half price tickets for ONE GAME up to four for that single game, and since I had bought one for two different games they were taking back the KC game and leaving me with the Oakland game (it was a more expensive seat) I WAS PI$$ED that meant I had a week to scramble and find a seat for one of the biggest home games of the year and a Monday night one to boot, luckily I was able to score one and went to the game...fast forward to Christmas Eve I hadn't gotten the call from the ticket office to confirm my ticket that I had bought in July yet I started to worry since this game I was going to attend with some out of state friends and bought the seats pretty close to each other, I called the office and they then told me that the game that was taken away from me was the Oakland game not the KC game so I had left a ticket at will call for KC and spent another 80 bucks on a ticket I didnt' need, I friggin blew up! I drove to Denver and went to the office at the stadium and pleaded my case, they did not care one bit, I told I wasn't going to leave until I got some retrubution, the Manager actually found the ticket I didn't use and called ticketmaster and got me a seat for the Raider game and "returned" my unused seat for KC, the only catch was my 113 section seat was now a 512 and I wasn't able to sit with out of town friends. I went to the world famous 502 and hung with my buddies there. Up in the nosebleeds they don't care where you sit.

Meck77
06-18-2006, 12:54 PM
My plan is to hit SD and double back to Az for that game but it's not set in stone. I'm just hoping diesel doesnt' hit $3.25 a freakin gallon. Might load up a couple local Broncos fans who want to make the week long road trip, have a good time, and help defer some of the expense. If I do that then it will make much more sense.
Hogan I had a few beers in me when I made that post and was feeling the Broncos love last night. I was drinking cold beers and tuning up the old Schwinn bike I picked up. It's old school Broncos Blue and the newest addition to the OF1 fleet!
Don't think I was getting fresh with the sasster.;D I meant every word I said though. Being a Broncos fan has become a lifestyle and it sure is alot of fun hosting Bronco fanatics from all over the world. It's really been a pleasure and can't wait to do it again this season.

No you can buy half price tix to multiple games. I believe the limit is 4 tix per game. I've heard alot of different versions of the rules but I can tell you I've purchased half price tix to more than 1 game for the last several years.

If you purchase the half price tickets the week of the game you can get as often as you want up to 4 per game.
I was totally screwed last year because of this rule, they still took my money in July when I bought them, they just don't tell you that they take the seat away from you until a few days before the game.

Half price tickets go on sale when the rest of the single game tickets go on sale. They've yet to announce the date, but last year it was something like July 23rd. You can get them on Ticketmaster just like you get the rest of the tickets, or at the Broncos ticket office. Either way, I'd make sure you are ready to purchase right when they go on sale.

They typically go on sale at 10am pacific time. But, I just checked and Ticketmaster has removed the date that the tickets go on sale. So, I'd hold up before planning on them going on sale on that date until it's official with Denver Broncos.

Geez...I'd say wait until tix go on sale via the Broncos/tix master before you make a move. For $250 I'd want to be sitting on the darn bench.
Demand from game to game can be alot different. I don't even know how she quoted you that. I think she just threw that out there. After season tix get released (end of the month) she'll have some hard numbers I'm sure.
*edit* dang they are real pricey on stubhub which I'd have to say seems more competitive than most internet scalping bastard sites.
I'd wait til the tix master deal than call her back. Tell her Meck said "Give Flyboy a good deal!"

Just in case some don't know....just want to post here the announcement of the sale of single game tickets. As we figured, it's JULY 29, 2006...that's SATURDAY!!!
BRONCOS ANNOUNCE JULY 29 DATE FOR SINGLE-GAME TICKET SALES
DENVER — The Denver Broncos on Wednesday announced that tickets for individual games during the 2006 season at INVESCO Field at Mile High will go on sale beginning Saturday, July 29. Because the Broncos have sold out 277 consecutive regular-season games dating back to 1970, ticket availability will vary, but a limited number of tickets (mostly single seats) will be available for all games beginning on July 29.
The Broncos offer a variety of price levels, which are detailed at the bottom of this release, as well as points of purchase for their fans. Included in the inventory available for the public are full-price tickets, half-price tickets, ADA tickets and club seat tickets.
Ticket purchasers may acquire seats via the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system (303-830-TIXS), through the Internet at Ticketmaster.com, local Ticketmaster outlets (including Foley’s, Angelo’s CD’s & More, Tower Record Stores and the Denver Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau) or at the Broncos’ Ticket Office at INVESCO Field at Mile High. For best results, the Broncos recommend the online and charge-by-phone capabilities that Ticketmaster provides to help avoid long lines while gaining access to the same inventory.
Full-Price Tickets: Full-price tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. MDT on Saturday, July 29. They may be purchased via the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system (303-830-TIXS), at any local Ticketmaster outlet, through the Internet at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Broncos’ Ticket Office at INVESCO Field at Mile High. The Broncos’ Ticket Office is located between gates 9 and 10 near the sculpture ‘The Broncos.’ No ticket purchase lines will be allowed to form until 90 minutes before the 11 a.m. on-sale time at INVESCO Field at Mile High. Those potential ticket buyers assembled in lines will then select a place in a ticket buying line by a random number drawing. Regardless of where they were situated before the drawing, customers will assemble in order with the lowest drawn number being first in line. Please note that there will be a limit of four tickets per household per game.
Half-Price Tickets: Half-price tickets go on sale at 1 p.m. MDT on Saturday, July 29. They may be purchased through the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system (303-830-TIXS) or through the Internet at Ticketmaster.com.
In accordance with the legislation authorizing the construction of INVESCO Field at Mile High, 2,000 half-price tickets will be available for purchase. The sale of the 2,000 half-price tickets is in compliance with the legislation and operating agreement with the Metropolitan Football Stadium District. The Broncos and the MFSD have implemented the following procedures for the purchase of half-price tickets:
·There will be a limit of four tickets per household with no multiple game purchases allowed. This will be verified by Ticketmaster by name and credit card usage.
·All sales are final and there are no exchanges, cancellations or refunds.
·All tickets will be placed at will-call on the day of the purchased game. Only buyers of the half-price tickets will be authorized to pick up their orders.
·Will-call opens two hours before game time.
·There will be no will-call name changes on half-price tickets.
·The buyer must present a valid U.S. government issued identification card or valid foreign passport to pick up tickets at will-call.
·After claiming their half-price tickets, buyers must go directly into the stadium.
ADA Seating: A limited amount of ADA seating for ADA qualified patrons will go on sale concurrently on Saturday, July 29. By agreement with the ADA community, the Broncos have established an ADA hotline (720-258-3337) for patrons to call when ordering tickets beginning at 11 a.m. MDT on July 29. ADA ticket orders will be processed in order of receipt until sold out. For additional information, please refer to the ADA section of http://www.denverbroncos.com/ticketoffice.
Club Seating: There also will be a very limited amount of club seats designated for single-game sales. Only single-seat locations will be available on the East and West United Club Levels for single game purchase. This inventory will be available beginning on Saturday, July 29, at 11 a.m. MDT via the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone system (303-830-TIXS), at any Ticketmaster outlet, through the Internet at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Broncos’ Ticket Office. There still are a limited number of Club Level season tickets available for the 2006 season by license agreement. Interested parties should contact the Broncos directly at (720) 258-3333.

You can purchase them through the Broncos ticket office in person or ticketmaster.

You should see these Browns tickets....they're the blandest tickets ever printed, I swear.

If you go to denverbroncos.com and then click on "tickets" on the left side, then select "single game tickets" then "overview". Scroll down and you will see a colored map and below the map they have the colors with the prices of the tickets in that area.

I wasn't able to get the tickets I wanted for ticket masters so I ended up calling Candy @ Alewistickets.com. She was able to help and she said to tell all the OMers helllo and that she will be able to help you out. She will be in the office tell 7.
For those interested I was able to get 2 seats in Section 135 row 36 for $300. Twice face value, but I guess that is what they are going for. I hope y'all got the tickets for the price you wanted.

i got 3 over the phone for the kc game sec 537 row 31
when half priced sale went on, i got 3 more in the upper level row 29
the way i am reading the rules, you can only purchase 4 for regular ticket price and 4 for half price to the same game. anyone else read it this way?
i'm hoping my orders dont get revoked...

I got a ticket for the Raiders game at Invesco. Because of the rules it said i could only order half price tickets for one game only so i used a friends credit card to pay for the Ravens MNF game.
The order is under my account but is paid for on my friends credit card. Will i my order be ok????

If both orders are on the same ticketmaster account, you may lose them.

I think you only get 4 a game. I made the same mistake except I bought 8 regular priced tickets. I just forgot about the rule.

You should be...but it's a gray area. You might have a good argument since the are on sale separately. But, I don't know. The half price tickets are will call, so those you can't resell or anything and those you have to pick up and go straight in...you are the only one that can pick them up.
