For 20 million criminals it's a cash cow, for millions of Latinos it's a place to celebrate Mexican traditions, for hundreds of thousands of youth it's a place to play gang banger, for millions of fat, lazy white women (and men) it's a place to sit on their arse and collect government welfare, for over 50 million people it's a place where they wish they had medical insurance and for the rest of the people it's a pretty good place to be (as it is for the groups I mentioned).
