This is a great read. They took 9 draft reviews and came up with their grades. You can also click on each link to view their entire draft review. We had the highest grade by far in the AFC West.

Only NO, SF and AZ had higher ratings than us. All 3 of those teams drafted much higher than we did overall. I think you'll enjoy this.

Dan Pompei is like the Russian judge in our draft grading, funny how far lower he is than everyone else.

I do agree Denver had the best draft but they also did have it alot easier to have a good draft when they started out with 7 picks in the first 4 rounds (one of which was obviously used in the Walker trade and I guess another was used to trade up for Cutler).

I sent Pompai an e-mail and gave him the link showing all the other high grades. He's an idiot and The Sporting News is a joke!

what's up with Sportsnation handing out all those F's?

dan pompei kept us from possibly earning the highest grade....

how weird does pompei's D look amongst all the other A's & B's?

Denver Broncos -- D
The trade for wide receiver Javon Walker was smart. But they paid too much to get QB Jay Cutler, especially because they need players who can help now.

We gave up a 3rd to get Cutler, who shouldn't of been at 11 anyway. Players now? What do you think Javon Walker is? Granted, he has to keep healing, but I'm confident he will be ready to go by training camp, just don't rush him. We don't need him in July, we will need him in January.

As weird as the B+ he gave Buffalo looks amongst all those C's and D's.

As weird as the B+ he gave Buffalo looks amongst all those C's and D's. Yeah that sealed the deal for me. I was thinking "this guy must be a total moron."

Here's a gem:
I'd like to beat up the Bills for reaching on safety Donte Whitner, but they redeemed themselves with picks such as defensive tackle John McCargo
LOL

Wasn't there some a-hole who gave half the teams in the top 10 a D or F for not taking Matt Leinart and then gave the Broncos an F for trading up for Cutler and not Leinart?

I guess they didn't ask him to contribute to this article. I can't imagine why.

Interesting...seems we got the grades of someone who didn't show up for class on Friday's and frantically studied the notes of his roomie the night before the big test.

Heh.
