I must be wicked blind then. Bush has done some things lately that leaves me scratching my head, but I will still support him. You gotta be a pretty messed up American to hope the guy does a bad job.

This we know.
Bush has done some things lately that leaves me scratching my head, but I will still support him.
If breaking the law, urinating on the Constitution, borrowing and spending like a sailor on shore leave, record deficits, CIA leaks, Katrina, and getting thousands of Americans killed and maimed in a war based on lies (to name just a few of Bush's high crimes and misdemeanors) only "leaves you scratching your head," then you're probably suffering from arrested moral development.
You gotta be a pretty messed up American to hope the guy does a bad job.
You have to be a messed up American to support a criminal like Bush in light of everything he has done (and continues to do) to destroy America.

LOL bought fuel lately ? ...........
I dont know wall street or stocks , but I do interreact with alot of working class people , they sure dont see the bright economy , but back to fuel , alot of companies have raised thier fuel sur charge so high , that they are only paying 1.14 per gallon of diesel , well the money from that sur charge has to come from somewhere , and it comes from you , doesnt matter if you drive or not , clothes , supplies , food , everything is brought to you by truck ..........

Most people (myself included) certainly don't hope he does a bad job, but I've certainly lost hope that he's capable of anything else. As a matter of fact, that is why I'm so fervent in my opposition. He was trusted with the keys to my republic and has driven it recklessly, selfishly, and stupidly. That's not something I tolerate because i'm not a 'messed up American'.

wouldn't supporting someone doing a bad job, be questionable?
Look America, we have to take hold and show that we still have the power.
With all the IP & eminent domain crap going on, we have to put forth that we still have power and can't be extorted out of what is ours. We must try to curtail the gov't back to the roots outlined in the constituiton.
We don't have to do this change all at once, but we have to send a very clear message that as Americans, we will not tolerate this **** any longer.

Exactly.
It's funny how people like DBruleU try to peddle the spin that liberals "want Bush to fail," etc.
It would be more accurate and honest for him to acknowledge that liberals warned him from the outset that Bush had never been anything other than a failure (anyone who is familiar with Bush's bio is aware of this) and that he didn't listen.
So, instead of saying "you want Bush to fail" he should say "I want a proven failure as my leader" (which is the same thing as wanting America to fail.)
DBruleU wanted a proven failure to lead America and now we're all paying the price.

i am a conservative. but no longer republican. the elites dominate both parties. we need a new middle class party in direct opposition to the poor masses being hoodwinked by the elites (demos), and the business classes being hoodwinked by the elites (repubs). until we get a new voice, bad stuff on the horizon.
