If the Nuggs can pull this one out, we'll have a series on our hands. I just found out my buddy scored a pair of lower level tickets for 70 a piece. Don't know where yet, but I'm excited to be going.
And my impulse may get the better of me, I may splurge for an alternate jersey tonight... :)

I know, everybody is consumed by the draft, but I'm topping this for karma. Clockwork, Nuggs4, Master Pain, you know the drill.
Let's go Nuggets! *clap clap clapclapclap*

In spite of a horrendous shooting performance in game 3, we managed to pull one out. Kaman may not play tonight, and Mobley is gimpy. Lets go get one, even this thing up, and guarantee ourselves at least one more home game this year. A little better shooting tonight would really help!
Go Nuggets!

We're underway!
Carmelo hits his first shot, brand charges at the other end. Go Nuggets! 2-0

Nuggs struggling down 52-40, Clipps shooting 70% or thereabouts. Fvcking terrible

Clippers are shooting the lights out right now.
If only the Nuggets had a couple of guys who could pop from the outside. :nono:

Thanks to the mod who relocated my posts. I didn't realize there was already a thread.
Anyway, lets pick it up in the 2nd half. We lose this one, and that's all she wrote.

Nuggets are spending way too much time barking at the officials.

Nuggets are 7-47 from three point range in this series.

The Nuggets are completely out of sync, they've completely lost their focus. The Clippers are just running circles around them.
Earl Boykins is a complete liability on the defensive end. Every time he comes in the game, the Clippers counter with Livingston who's about 14 inches taller. Anyone he attempts to guard either backs him in or just shoots right over him.
The Nuggets look like a team who are ready to be put away and the Clipppers look like they're going to oblige them.

Sweet, merciful heaven. For a while there I thought that game would never end.
Brutal. Just brutal.

Yeah... Tough to take even just listening to it on Sirius. All I can say is I'm glad I parked the truck shortly after I tuned in.:alghh:

Wow. That was unreal. I don't know if you guys could hear it on TV, but the fans were openly booing Boykins by the end of the game. Even Melo got some boos when he fouled out. About the only player who escaped unharmed was DerMarr Johnson who got a huge round of applause when he entered. Hopefully Karl was listening.
I'm starting to wonder if Karl isn't some of our problem. He's gotten SERIOUSLY outcoached this series.

I don't know what happened to this team. I remember when whatever it is happened, though. Can you believe this team that slugged their way through the playoffs actually set the NBA record for shooting percentage in a half less than a month ago? They smoked this same Clipper team on their home court... it was an amazing thing to watch. And they pissed it all away in the second half, and they haven't been the same since. If this team was a ship, the second half of that Clipper game was the iceberg.

Yikes. Bad game. Even worse when before tip off I splurged on an authentic alternate jersey. If anybody was in section 142 and heard some slightly drunk guy heckling buckner, that was me. In that 4th quarter, it kinda got bad.

The Nuggets just have no outside shooting whatsoever.
Clips have more talent and are a much better fitting team and last night it showed.
It means nothing to this thread but secretly I'm hoping for a Laker/Clips matchup next round so we can officially take the city over in LA.
I like Camby and Carmelo on your team Nugfan. After that Andre Miller is decent then you have a big drop off. A Guard that can actually hit an outside shot might be a nice fit on your team.
Everytime Melo gets the ball we just double and triple team him knowing full well that you guys cant shoot.
Anyway being a Clipper fan I really have no smack to run, possibly going to the 2nd round is uncharted territory.
You guys have some of the pieces but your team lacks chemestry and is a poor fit.
Seeya next game. Hopefully we wrap it up.
