Would we really be that STUPID to trade for Javon and not have him signed or an agreement in principal reached?
If this guy comes in here like a flava clown, doesn't sign..makes this his contract year and bales on us--I'm gonna be PISSED.
Any word out there on this? I want him here but hell...it's gotta be LONG TERM if we're giving up what we're giving up!

FWIW,
Schefter said that the parameters of a deal are in place and that Denver wouldn't have made the trade if they weren't sure that they could sign him.....
Yeah, I have a feeling that this deal is basically in place. I don't think they would risk the #37 pick under any other circumstances.

Thanks...I now feel better although landing Lendale and giving up the 2nd 2nd rounder and maybe a lower pick or late pick next year might have made more sense.

He hired Drew Rosenhaus and threatened to holdout on an existing contract, so I won't feel confident until he's locked up.

Must be a vote of confidence in Dane if they haven't considered a RB yet.
I bet we'll pick one up later, as always.
