Reggie Mcneal?

Anybody else see this. They have us using a second on Mcneal. Normally, I would say they were lost, but PFT gets things right occasionally. Wonder if they heard something?

Its crazy - After seeing him many times, I don't think McNeal will ever play QB in the NFL. Might be a RB or slash type player.

I was pimping him as being worth a second day flyer on a developmental QB but I would puke if we used a 2nd on him. I do think there is a huge difference of opinion on him with some teams really liking his potential.

Outside The Lines on ESPN did an episode on him and Brad Smith from Mizzu talking about previous excellent athletic QB's like Randle El, Matt Jones, Kordell Stewart making the switch from etc...

Reggie McNeal appears to be letting his pride get in the way ala Eric Crouch and appears to be refusing a position change. Brad Smith was against it in theory but a bit more open minded about it.

Because of that I wouldn't touch McNeal....With is size and 4.3 speed he could be a hell of a steal as a WR or DB if he kicks his ego aside but if he wants to be a QB he isn't worth much more than a 6th or 7th round pick.

Might be the best all around athlete but a far cry from the best football player.
