I was pissed we kept Lenny Walls over Herndon, but i'd take 'Nique and Dee over Kelly.

We lucked out last year, we really did. I didnt realize how much draft resources teams spend on CBs until I read an article that it is the most picked position in the draft. To think that we may be set for the next 4 years is amazing. Great job Shanny!!

I was undefeated in 05 in person, then it wouldn't allow you to use custom playbooks.

Never even bought 06. First year I've passed since it hit the original playstation..

I can think of 5 million reasons why Herndon was allowed to leave.

I thought is was because we tendered Walls instead, not sure on that tho.

Imagine having Bailey and that goon you allowed to hit paydirt with the Bengals.

Wow.

Would rather have what we have now.

He reminds me a lot of Dale Carter in his prime (before he signed a long term agreement with the nose candy.)

High risk, tons of physical talent, gambling leading to big plays both ways.

But when they're on, they're on their game and amazing...

and do not make me bring up Joe Horn :)

The Seahawks also gave him a signing bonus to the tune of $5 million. The Broncos weren't going to shell out that kind of cash for a nickel back.

What? You think that Dale Carter just started snorting cocaine once he left the chiefs! Hilarious! Ha! Hilarious!

You Chiefs fans crack me up. You guys also believe that Alex Gibbs only started teaching offensive linemen how to cut block after he left KC. ROFL!

wasnt denver in nickel 60% of the time last year? seems to me nickel corner beats out dj williams for playing time. and if he doesn't, its close.

and I dont see what darrent and foxworth have done that lenny and kelley didnt get credit for doing.

Wouldn't expect a Cheifs fan to understand defense

memory is short but lenny was pimped plenty hard on this board. infact however good everyone considers kelley now most ppl thought lenny was better. "he's been a good #1 corner for most of a year." blah blah.

but by all means jump on the newest shiniest pony:)

I think the board was 50/50 on which one was better. Noone was happy tho when a rook like Watts nearly broke his ankle off in training camp. DWill and Nique still need to take the next step but they did do great last year.

The guy had major problems with drugs and the law his entire time with the Chiefs, but he did't dedicate his life to the suck until he landed that phat contract. And that's not a slam on Denver, he would have puked on his shoes anywhere willing to show him the money. You should be glad you cut ties when you did.

What I'm saying is that big "O" has the same game. Big risk for the big play, or big mistake. He didn't get cut from Denver due to talent it was all about consistency, and I'm sure you'll agree.

We actually traded him and moved about 5 spots in the first round of the draft. That pick netted us DJ Williams, so I don´t really miss him ... especially as we´re set with DW, Nique and Bailey at Corner now.

You're right, I shouldn't have said cut.
