The short version is we both agree the Chiefs and Donks don't NEED anything.

We could both use a solid WR with hands. We could both use a pass rushing DE. We could both use depth on the offensive line.

But there's no reason that either team, if they quit making stupid mistakes, can't win the division. It's a two horse race (thanks for trading Drew, douchebag Chargers) and honestly, it's the same thing once again.

Donks vs. Chefs.

No huge additions, no huge losses, no reason to be really enthusiastic about the offseason. It's droll. Lifeless. Drab. Boring.

No reason to hate the Chiefs/Donks more than last year. No speculation other than how many picks the Donks trade day 1 or how many CB's Herm takes. Big changes don't seem near for either fanchise.

Both cities hat the Raiders. You're born with it or cast out of the house. But they suck. They're so friggen horrid you almost pity them. Almost.

The Chargers are the chargers. There's no loathing there. They're lucky to spark a run every 10 years or so.

The Chiefs and Broncos are similar in so many areas it's like you could switch the names of the players at any position and the complaints/praise are the s ame.

I'm in a rivalry funk. I need some hate.

Hit me...

I heartily disagree.

The "Donks" and Chiefs need alot of things.

Denver has the worst TE situation in football, a well below avg. DE situation, a quite problematic WR situation, a real RB need, and some secondary DT and S needs.

KC needs to get younger fast on the OL, a real DT is a huge need, another DE to provide pass rush along with Allen, WR, another OLB, S.

I dont think either team is really "fine" or "solid" in the respect that they can just sort of supplement an already good roster. There are real problems on both teams.

And our Offense is about to go through a huge MAke over with the loss of Lelie.

Next season we will have possibly new starters at:
RB
TE
WR

Thats ALL the skill positions.

And our DL is in shambles...again..... And the Chefs are worse off.

In retrospect, one team missed the super bowl by one game (and just a better day by Plummer changes that) and one team misses the playoffs in the 3rd quarter of the last game of the year.

Honestly, I expect another 97-type showdown come round 2 this year. The AFC has lost ground the last 2 years IMHO...
