Indeed.
Just think what the hundreds of billions the chimp in the WH has poured down the Iraq profiteering hole could do for NOLA and the other areas hit by Katrina.
But what am I thinking? That would require a conscience on his part.

Get used to those kinds of increases. When a city is uninhabited it tends to have very few murders. (No one to kill; no one to do the killing.)
NOLA will return to its old self soon enough.
