Hey maners,
I am in the Denver area. I am looking to pop the top on my house and have a second story built. I pretty much have the architect/structural locked down. Does anyone have any friends/acquaintences/referrals that have done this type of work before?
I hear it is best to be your own General Contractor. Anyone here have any experience with this?
