Mods, it may be necessary to move this thread to the off topics forum. It seems kinda dead in the offseason....

In need of something new, I made a trip down to Orlando yesterday for a rock show featuring The Sounds with Morningwood and Action Action. I was pleasently suprised with the Sounds. Most energetic show I've ever been to. I considered driving up to Atlanta today, but I decided that I will just see them again in Denver @ The Ogden on Apr. 28.

OH MY GOD!!!!

THE SOUNDS.

This is the best band ever. Most energetic show I've ever been to.

Maja Ivarsson grabbed me when she went into the crowd ;).... then she stage dived with me in the middle. And once when she spat in the crowd, I got a chunk of her saliva in my left ear. It.... was.... awesome (I think I'm in love). After leaving the show, I hear some little girl say "That chick is the baddest b**** ever, " commenting on Maja Ivarsson

The Sounds are officially the best band I've come across in.... well, a long time... years even.

I guess Swedish rock stars just do it better

How was Morningwood? I've been digging on them lately and wondered if it would be worth it to see them live.

Sorry best band ever? Ever heard of the Beatles, Stones, Aerosmith on drugs, or AC/DC

I'm glad you like them, but I thought it was horrible. They're not even the best SWEDISH band to me. This duo was better (and that's still not saying much):

Morningwood and The Sounds are the two most energetic bands I've seen live.

Sorry best band ever? Ever heard of the Beatles, Stones, Aerosmith on drugs, or AC/DC.

Best new band ever. Best band to come around since Led Zeppelin.

I hope nobody takes this the wrong way but, I hate bands with female singers...

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but they are far from the best "new" band, let alone the best female singing band.

I really didnt care.... when your at a rock show like that you are alreay soaked in the sweat of yourself and everyone around you from dancing, jumping, and fighting, and the lights, and the body heat. Some spit flying into the crowd is only natural......

I think if she spit on me, I'd die of nicotine poisoning... Or so I would guess after listening to her voice... or whatever you want to call that sound squeezing itself out through her hoarse wind pipes.

She didnt spit on me... she drank water, spit it out, and some of it splashed in my ear.

I was overexagerating, trying to explain the dynamics of how energetic the show was.
