View Full Version : Chiefs on MNF
... I guess they'll have to wait until 2007 ... that's funny - and the "prime time" game they got on T-Giving day they begged for.

So, they beat us in December last year.

What does that have to do with them not playing on MNF?

It was a stab at the KC trolls. It's what they revert to when they have nothing else to say.

Ahhh, I now see the sarcasm ... Chiefs' fans often do resort to the most mundane of arguments to support their team's commitment to mediocrity.

I was just going to say that since we've sucked too much to make the playoffs lately you've taken over our choking duties for us...

Yep. Choked all the way to the AFC Championship game.

We should play them on prime time instead of the Raiders. We've only had one objectively good game with the Fade in the last five years.

I'd be curious to know which division gets the most prime time games. I'd suspect that the AFC West is in the bottom half of that poll. Denver gets their share, but the rest are wallflowers. Oakland used to get their share, but after 3 straight years of playing like carp, they don't get invited to dance anymore.

Without looking, it's gotta be the NFC East. Those East Coasters that rule the sports world have New York, Philly and Washington in the division, and Dallas still gets "America's team" pub (complete ****). Add in the TO saga, and the fact that the division is actually good again, and there's no way they don't have the most.

Lost to a wild card team at home.
Truly impressive.
Trust me, as a Chiefs fan I'm more than qualified to identify playoff suck when I see it...

...who went on to become World Champions. They were seemingly destined to win...
