Hey all,
After meeting a few of you at the Eagles, San Diego home games and the game at the Giants, I'm up for a bigger challenge this year!
If the Denver @ Pittsburgh game is scheduled for October . . . I'm looking forward to getting my ass SHOT, . . . putting a new meaning to "take one for the team"!

Anyone else looking to get some more "iron/lead" in their diet???:strong:

Probably the KC game depending upon when it occurs...it was generally agreed that would be it anyways. San Diego is a strong canadate for the away game and Cleveland/AZ may be in the mix as well, depending upon where they all land of course. I have suffered a bit of a financial setback that I have to deal with, so where things land on the schedule is the determining factor with a lot of what game where.

i'm likely but not definite. w/ the game at clev and the terps/hurricanes sandwiching this, I may have scheduling issues here. I'm about 75% in at this point. FYI, Steelers tix are the most expensive to get that I've ever experienced. I haven't ben to all the NFL cities, but I have been to over half. Come prepared to pay!

Ya, I've had season tickets since 03...I try to get to 1-3 away games too...I'll be @UVA this year and not sure what else. I was in section 19 last year, but we're adding another seat so we might get re-seated...where are you?

Pitt is a bich to navigate for gamedays. tailgating w/o a parking pass is almost impossible. I can give tips for free parking, but it's w/o being able to tailgate.

21/10 is probably ok...I certainly wouldn't want to be any lower than that. I'm in 19/NN which I guess would be 40 or so rows up...the only thing I lose is part of the play when deep on the closed end of the field (view blocked by the goalpost), but you should be able to avoid that in 21. I would switch from 19 to 306 in a heartbeat...I love being able to see the whole field from up there.

we decided to stay put. why mess w/ a good thing? foot and drink rest in front of us. Noone standing in our way. great view from near the 50. i got on www.seatdata.com and checked out the view from 21 and although it'd be cool in some regards...the potential is there to miss a lot.

I went to steeler game couple seasons ago it wasnt bad we got there 5 hrs early tho, to walk around tailgated with other fans (I cant stand the steelers:redpunch: ;D ) Even getting out wasnt all that bad(waited 2hrs trying to get autographs for the wife(steeler fan)) but i know it can be hell on gameday.

So how do I get a parking pass for the game? If I pay out the arse for gas to go to the game, I wanna park my RV in the middle of the parking lot and tailgate like there is no tomorrow. Any info would be appreciated.:thumbsup:

It just hit me this morning that we will be coming back on Saturday evening, Nov.4 from being in Arruba for a week. There is no way we can make the Pittsburg game w/ the RV. Bummer, I was looking forward to seeing that game in person.

I'm still not sure either. Turns out I will be taking a post-thanxgiving roady w/ my dad to see the VOLS in knoxville. IF the steelers keep losing, scalped tix will be CHEAP, so I may try to land sumthin that way...but otherwise I'm likely out.

Sorry Sam, too many STOOPID Australians already ruined Cal for me!
There's a POSSIBILITY I might be in Cal for next year's Broncos Def Chargers game, otherwise it WILL be the following year!
I have so damn much on the "GO" at the moment I can't be sure what will happen, but I am 99% sure I will be in the US next year, permanently!
I WILL eventually get to a Dirty San-chez Diego game one day, but am currently "scanning" the interest levels on me starting my own business next year, so . . . :confuzzle

I'm planning to "wing it" before the game starts! Afetr last weeks effort I'm SURE there will be a LOT of soft Steeler fans packing it in and taking the $$$!

The "designated scalping" area will help me out too, as a foreigner AND a SERIOUS football fan, it will be a GREAT feeling to screw ANY/ALL of those nasty scalping mother F-ers who hang out there! :wiggle:

Just bought my tickets I should get them tomarrow!!!! the designated scalping area is about a block from the the stadium and its where most of the scalpers hang out. I cant wait til sunday! is any one tailgating?

The area is something I had only ever HEARD of, but from what I can find with a Google search-
"The city later limited scalping to a small area between Pittsburgh's football and baseball stadiums."
