I sure hope the hell not. Too high of a pick for one thing for him and another he didnt play against Tennesee when he said "he was to hurt to play" .Bull**** Imo

You don't have nearly enough "pull" to be posting crap like this.. There may be a few guys, or at least one guy, who parades around the board with nonsense, but at least his stuff is sometimes funny. Plus he's got over 50,000 posts so i respect/pity him.

Heck, even BOB posts insightful stuff from time to time. I mean, he sure knows how to hijack a thread with idiotic blurts and kansas city wisdom, but at LEAST when he STARTS a thread it's got something to it.. this is crap.. nothing.. i know it's the offseason but come on..

I think that about covers the majority of what you will be getting in the next 2 to 3 hours.

Dude only has 300 posts less then you do. I hate when people play this whole post count thing. I am here daily for hours and it has been that way even before i became a member and i have a low post count.

what caused his stock to drop so significantly after the combine? from what i heard he was solid...and no other rbs have impressed so far...cant complain tho...would love to see him running for us

he is the only player in the draft who would break my heart if we passed him up

Shanahan always seems to go against the grain, but I will throw a brick at the TV if he drafts a RB with the very first pick...

I'm pretty much in that camp at this point.

DeAngelo Williams would be great in a Bronco uniform.
I like his durability. He carried the ball a hell of a lot this past season.
He's tough like TD was. He would be a great fit. I don't know if I like him as early as the 15th pick but I wouldn't be disappointed.

you said it right...shanahan always surprises in the draft...so get your brick ready, becuase i have a feeling that a lot of broncos fans are going to be upset by whatever happens in the first round. seems like guys just want to be pissed, give them an out if the guy doesnt pan out....then they can say "i never wanted him anyways"-trust your team and your coach if you are true fans, they are in charge instead of us for a reason

by the way i like deangelo a lot

Don't be so arrogant. I have fewer posts than you :)

If we want an RB we should pull some strings with Kubiak, move up to #1, and take Bush. Seriously, we need an offensive firestarter. Giving Shanny someone on the level of Reggie Bush would get immediate results, no other back can guarantee that level of impact.

With the 118 pick in the draft the Denver Broncos select Mike Bell RB Arizona! :)

Shut up! He is having fun. Post count doesn't mean a damn thing. Respect a person whether he has a million posts or 2 posts. Quality>Quanity.

That would be a wise pick. Plus, Bell wants to be a Bronco ;)

I want a finishing RB like TD was, so I don't care if its 15th pick 22nd or 2nd round!

And TD was a 6th round pick, so wasting one of the 1st rounders on a RB isn't necessary.

dude, I understand that you think we shouldn't use a 1st rounder on an RB because shanny can find someone later but come on, TD was a once in lifetime occurence. We simply cannot keep saying "well TD was a 6th rounder, we can do that again!", its not going to happen. That said, I could totally go for mike bell

Why did you waste your time calling him out? It turned out to be a decent thread, jackass.

I agree. Just because they have find RB's later in the draft, does not mean they should always do that. I mean, in the past, they drafted those RB's when there wasn't a big need for a RB or not a perceived one at least.

But with them talking about signing or traading for guys like Lewis and Williams, one would think the Broncos do think there is a need and so wouldn't make sense they would pass up the chance to get highly rated RB's to wait and take a chance and getting one later in the draft.

My guess is if they do take a RB early, Bell gets traded for a pick.

Also, Lelie may also get dealt for Walker of the Packers or to the 49ers.

I believe the Broncos don't view either Lelie or Bell as tough enough and I think they value RB's and WR's who are tough.
