The best show currently on TV, in my opinion. In fact, the best sitcom on TV since Seinfeld - although that isn't saying much.

Check these out: http://www.nbc.com/The_Office/video/sub_122.shtml. They are spoofs of the "The More You Know" pretentious spots that NBC always does. Some of them are pretty funny.

I don't know if the British version is more funny or not, but I do know that my wife and I love the American version...

I would have agreed with you after season one of the American version....but this past season has been spectacular. Funniest show on TV right now...bar none.

I haven't caught the American version, but the British show was fantastic. I found it was better to watch with subtitles, though. Between the accents and the whispered comments, you miss a lot of jokes otherwise.

Oh you need to, I've never seent he British version, but it's so OMG roll on the floor funny.. You have to have an off personality to get it though

I can't believe anyone would watch that show. I watched it once and thought it was about the stupidest thing ever.

And I loved Seinfeld!

<---Obviously I love the British version, but I do want to start watching the American version. What i have seen has been hilarious. I'm a big Steve Carell fan as well.

i have season one and two downloaded on my ipod. the basketball episode from season one is probably the funniest so far.

The British version is probably a little better, but it's much closer than I thought it would be. Subtitles help a lot. Great show.
