Wow, these guys really seem to believe Denver is keen on packaging both of our picks to move for a QB!

I wouldn't be against the move but it might be too costly to do so.

Nice to see Bunkley falling to 15 in that draft, unfortunately with Lendale gone it is pretty likely that Williams will be gone by 22

Hali, Chad Jackson, Dvoracek, and Whitner?

eh...

I'd prefer Bunkley over Chad Jackson, then take Pope/Lewis at 22, then take Stovall in the 2nd, and with our non-existant third take Mark Anderson

Whitner at 61? From what I've been seeing he has passed Ko Simpson on some boards. He may be a round 1 selection.

Dvocek in the 3rd would be sweet!!

do we still have a 3rd tho??

I hope we package our picks and move up for VD or Mario!

We don't have a 3rd, we were hoping for a comp pick there, but only got a 4th.
I believe we have 3 4th rnd picks though if we wanted to move up into the 3rd (not forgetting you can't trade comp picks)

I wish every mock draft explained each team's decision making process in that same detail. I didn't agree with all the picks, but that's one of the most enjoyable mock drafts I've ever read.

Chad Jackson feels like a bust in waiting. I would prefer to let someone else get enamored by his speed and waste their first on him.

Let's all chip in and give Vernon Davis a fake ACL. The huddle is a decent inter-rag, but I don't like that draft at all. But what do I know.

Everyone seems think we will be taking a RB in the first. It's not going to happen.

He has Mike Kudla falling outside of the first round. I've actually seen a lot of Mocks that do. I hope we grab him in the 4th if he slides to the 'skins pick we got. Strong as hell, ran a 4.7 40, he'd make a great all around rotational guy his first year as a weak side DE, and could probably be converted into a 3-4 OLB if the defense goes that way any time in the next few years.

I agree about this Chad Jackson bust talk. Wasn't he a second rounder before the combine now he runs a 4.32 40 and he's a top 15 pick. I'm not a big fan of drafting somebody just because he had a good combine. As a matter of fact I hate when teams do that.

Maybe, I would feel more comfortable with Holmes than Jackson, but I wouldn't be upset either way. Fact Is I won't be upset no matter who Denver selects. I found out that Shanny knows way more than I do last year when he select D. Williams over Justin Miller.

I think people were looking at him as Denver's 22nd pick and then he ran the 4.3 and he vaulted up the chart.

To be fair it wasn't just the 40 time, in all his recieving drills he basically showed up the majority of his class, catching nearly every pass and doing it with his hands, not body like a lot of guys were doing from time to time.

But no, I agree, its total Alex Smith syndrome. Being the best or second best (depending on where one rates Holmes) is leading to him being very overrated.
