he could have taken Bushh and the republicans on over the Dubia deal and imagration , but instead Russ took them on over wiretapping ........

I love the guy .... but he made me wince when he analogized that Bush's claimed "enhanced authority" to wiretap might extend to assassinating American citizens ...

Thats why I threw in the grandstanding aspect , while the thought of assassinating American citizens is far fetched , but still ..... lets say the war on terror takes a hideous turn , I could very easly see some one of Mediterranean background getting rounded up , and in some cases shot ........I made this a private poll so people could vote honestly , without anyone knowing how they voted......... I have not voted yet ..........
