Greg A. Bedard, of the Palm Beach Post, repots the Miami Dolphins are in contention to sign free agent OL Tom Ashworth. Their main competition is coming from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Jets.


They already added LJ Shelton to that Oline as well.

LaVar Arrington - LB - Redskins


LaVar Arrington spoke "at length" to the Dolphins Thursday, according to NFL Network's Adam Shefter.

Free agent LB Julian Peterson will meet with the Dolphins.

Former Vikings WR Kelly Campbell is expected to sign with the Dolphins.
Campbell was out of the league during 2005, but proved to be a useful No. 4 receiver and return man in Minnesota. He'll compete for the same role in Miami. Mar. 16 - 6:11 pm et

Sean Jensen, of the Pioneer Press, reports free agent RB Michael Bennett said the Miami Dolphins have expressed interest in him.
(I hope they sign him and Williams is cleared)

ESPNews reports the Miami Dolphins have agreed to a three-year deal with free agent CB Renaldo Hill (Raiders). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.



They are making some noise this year.

I've said several things including Wanny was an idiot, that Saban would be a hugr upgrade, (I'm on record as he would of been my pick above Kubiak), and the fact they would be a contender in a few years.

I also explained that Little Ricky was about to be suspended, AGAIN, and that T.O. wouldn't be in Denver if a suitor came to pass. That's happened and I don't care. There is editing here so whatever.
