It's nothing compared to what teams like Detroit, San Antonio, Dallas, and Phoenix have done, but you gotta like what you're seeing out of the Nuggets, especially the new guys Patterson and Evans.

Hopefully Melo didn't get too banged up tonight. Definately have a winnable road game against Boston on Sunday.

35-28 on the season, 4 games ahead of Utah in the Northwest.

Reggie Evans the role player played his role perfectly tonight. 0-3 from the field and 0 points but he grabbed 20 rebounds in the game. You gotta love that.

Thankfully they were playing the Craptors tonight. They were without their entire starting frontline for most of the 2nd half. Too bad too, Carmelo was having a nice game. 14 points on 7-9 shooting and 6 rebounds in just 19 minutes. Camby was out with a sore achilles and (naturally) Kenyon couldn't be bothered to play.

Nice way to start off a 7 game road trip. :yep:

Did Carmelo get hurt??? He better not miss any playing time because he's playing to the standard Kenyon's contract warrants whilst Kenyon just aint playing. Surely Karl's patience is running out with Mr Sicknote.

It was a great road win for not having Camby, Martin (a-hole) or Melo for a half.

Boykins was great and Buckner was hitting some key shots. Now Im wondering if this team CAN win 5 or 6 on this road trip.

His hamstring was bothering him. He was hobbling a bit and grimacing noticeably every time he ran down the court. It doesn't appear to be serious and thankfully the Nuggets have a day off tomorrow.

Melo saved us in Philly too. When healthy, I think we have a shot in the playoffs to make a deep run.

Keeping the 3 seed is crucial in order to make a deep run.

Having a better record than the 6th seed is crucial as well. Remember, just cuz you win the division and have the 3rd doesnt guaruntee you will have home court in the first round. And the way it looks the Nugs will start the playoffs on the road again.

I don't really care about home court to be honest with you. We stole it from the spurs, and got swept. I don't think it will matter.

I'm praying the Nuggets get Memphis in round 1.

u want to play the team allowing the second fewest points in the league? seems to me denver would rather play a crap defense.

Yep. The Nuggets match up very well with Memphis.

wait for the playoffs and teams actually start stopping those easy buckets, u wont like being in a brawl w/ a talented defensive squad.

Let's see how Pau Gasol, the softest player in the NBA, likes getting banged around by the Nuggets bigs in the postseason when they tend to let more of that kind of play go.

Memphis hasn't won a game in Denver since 1998.

Having Memphis and not the Clippers as the 6 is also quite crucial.

Yep. Gasol makes those guys look like Mahorn and Laimbeer by comparison. Hell, Reuben Patterson held him in check in the last meeting.

Gasol is a pussy.

reuben patterson would probably do decent against gasol, look how bowen does against nowitzki.

For some reason the Nuggets seem to play well against Memphis. DOn't ask me why, they just seem to match up well with them.

SoCal is right though, the last team the Nuggets want to see in round 1 is the Clippers (man, it sounds weird to say that). The Nuggets don't match up well with them at all.

Supes are making a late, late season run reminiscent of Denver last year. Watch out!:charge:

I definately want Memphis in round 1. When was the last time that we even lost to them? We match up with them extremely well, and always play good games against them.

If we get everyone fit for the playoffs I actually like the way we match up against most teams bar the Clippers.

It all depends on how we choose to play. We didn't beat Phoenix, San Antonio, Detroit, and Dallas by mistake. We can play with these guys, but we need to learn how to put forth that effort every single night.

But yeah, I wouldn't want to play the Clippers after that back to back slaughtering a couple weeks ago.
