Numbers in the first column refer to current value. You can sort the list according to the following categories:Current Value
1-Yr Value Change
Debt/Value
Revenues
Operating IncomeClick on a heading to sort.

Look at all the debt in that list. I don’t think NFL teams can afford a work stoppage and if they thought the asking price was high this year it’s going to be nothing compared to the next round of bargaining. The players are going to be asking for a much bigger slice of the pie when looking at an uncapped year.

I have not been to a game in Charlotte, but based on the lack of coverage in the papers and you never see their jersey' hats etc, I am surprised they are so high on the list. In the papers, they are always behind high school sports and this time of year nothing but UNC, Duke, NC St and Wake basketball is ever discussed.

The only reason Denver is #6 is because of the new stadium.
Why do you think the Browns are 7th?
19th is a solid ranking for a small market team with an old stadium.
Better than 29th and 30th! LOL

Ooooh yeahh...Your franchise made its bones when Lenny Dawson was just a generation removed from Slingin' Sammy Baugh. (background singer: "We're smokin' the NFC...")
But now the only bones you can make are in the parking lot before the game. (background singer: "Smokin' them ribs.")
They'll no doubt one day make a movie dedicated to your team's victory over Joe Capp (background singer: "Who hell was Joe Capp, anyway?") and the trailer will be the best part of the movie.
Because, after all, who knows trailers better than Kansas City? (background singer: "Watch for tornadoes, Mr Kansas Citeeeeee Chieeeefs Faaaaan.")

Seahawks generate more revenues than Steelers and 49ers?? WTF I smell BS!
No ... that's true, at least in terms of souvenirs and memorabilia. I read an article in a non-sports related marketing magazine that said when a team changes its uniform design and/or colors, it has a 5+ year spike in sales ... it happened with the Buccaneers, Eagles, Broncos and Patriots. The Rams, too (although they both moved AND won the Super Bowl the year before they changed). The Texans - and to some extent the Browns - are still new, so that explains their rankings.
This was a fascinating article, to me anyway. If I can find it I'll scan it in. It talked about the very recent phenomenon of "third jerseys" in NFL, NBA and NHL, and that they're apparently driven entirely by souvenir sales. Even all-star game uniforms have taken on huge significance - in every sport but baseball - because apparently there is a pretty good market for them. I can't see buying a Pro-Bowl jersey personally, but according to that article, people do, and the major sports have noticed.

At the end of the day, the difference between the Raiders and the Chiefs is draft position. Both teams were working on their golf game after week 16.
I was comparing the track record of the respective General Managers.
Im not a big fan of Davis, but Carl is just a joke. 1993, are you kidding me?
Baby steps Bob, making the playoffs and managing to force a punt would be a step up.
