TALKS RESUME AT 8:30 EST--(YOU KNOW WHO DAMNIT)

A league source tells us that talks between the NFL and the NFLPA will resume at 8:30 p.m. EST Sunday.

Maybe they were just hungry, or perhaps they're curious to see whether Jake Gyllenhaal wins the Oscar for best support actor in Brokeback.

Actually, we're hearing that the owner of one of the high-revenue teams is mucking up the efforts to strike a deal that will work for the union, the league, the low-revenue clubs, and the big-money clubs.

Stay tuned.

--All right assholes, last time to get things right before I ****ing jump off Deception Pass bridge...

They've got about two hours before the deadline for all teams to get under the cap. I believe you could call it a last ditch effort.

I'm not optimistic.

I doubt that...Snyder is desperately over the cap. And Denver isn't a large market...medium market that's run well. So when did we graduate from "cowtown" to "Big Market?"

Might be Bowlen but I doubt it...we are up against the cap too...I don't know what Jones cap is down in cowtown....I wouldn't doubt Greasy Al is whining about more revenue sharing, and at the same time whining about the cap number.
