PHILADELPHIA - Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell says he knows a simple way to prevent a company owned by the government of the United Arab Emirates from taking over management of Philadephia's Tioga Marine Terminal.
He says the lease on the terminal ends in May and the state can simply rebid the contract.
Congressmen from the Philadelphia area are calling for the deal to be delayed until questions about security and other concerns could be addressed.
