And say we lose Pryce and Warren, well there's no excuse that we won't be drafting young lineman for our team. It's about time. I'm hopeful that Warren and Lepsis can return though, but seeing Pryce gone won't bother me. It's been a long time coming. Thoughts? :approve:

Coyer is already on record as saying that they need to upgrade the pass rush. I imagine that D-linemen are first and foremost on the Broncos draft board.

From who I've talked to, (Scott Wright and several other scouts) they seem to feel that the priority is really high up there as well. I just hope for the best, I'd like to keep Warren and Lepsis, but it sort of looks doubtful with all this bad news surrounding the CBA. Hopefully I'll wake up and there will be good news about the Broncos being able to keep them tomorrow. :)

Hopefully when I wake up for the draft, a guy like Bunkley or Kiwanuka is a member of the Broncos.

Cheers.

The only upside to all this is that it pretty much ensures that Terrell Owens won't be a Bronco. !Booya!

Nope. They'll be under by a decent amount if they lose those two and Lepsis, and this is before the other vets making decent coin restructure.

We pretty much have already lost hope on Bunkley, unless we are willing to do what it takes to move up about 7 spots. Kiwi will be there at 22. Wroten will be there at 29. I dont have a problem with Wroten at 29. Im willing to take the risk. It appears from what he said and some articles I read that he isnt a bad guy like MoC or anything, just a mistake.

I really have my heart set on Bunkley though. Dammit.

Actually, the Broncos might be wise to go ahead and nab the best OT available at either 22 or 29. No new CBA likely means goodbye to Matt Lepsis, so that leaves a spot open on the O-line. Foster can make the switch to LT and Cornell Green can be the stopgap on the right for a year. For the moment my ideal firsrt round (and this seems to change by the day) is Eric Winston at 22 and Mathias Kiwanuka at 29.
