22 DE Mathias Kiwanuka Boston College Sr. 6-7 262

The Broncos defense needs somebody who can rush the passer and create a little havoc in the opposing backfield. Kiwanuka's skills in that department aren't as well developed as some would like, but he's a first-round talent with great value in this slot. Arizona State receiver Derek Hagan could be Plan B for the first of Denver's two No. 1s.

29 WR Sinorice Moss Miami Sr. 5-8 185

If the Broncos don't wind up signing Terrell Owens, selecting the NFL's latest receiver named Moss could help take up the slack. Even though Denver liked what it saw of Gerard Warren and Michael Myers inside in 2005, getting more help at defensive tackle (LSU's Claude Wroten or Michigan's Gabe Wilson) is another option.

He has Jay Cutler going #3... WTF

I had Vince Young going to the Titans in this slot in my first mock draft, but that was then, this is now. Cutler is the quarterback with the hottest buzz heading into the Scouting Combine, and we think the Titans love the kid from their own backyard.

there's no way we take an undersized WR like Moss ... that's a stupid pick.

I don't know, I think that we could do some interesting things with Moss. He could be a return man so that we don't have to risk a starting CB, and with Shanahan's creativity he could be a nice threat in this offense.

SI is clueless like well..a stool...our crazies have a better mock. Yeah...we need another small WR like we needed IHOP.

Santana Moss and Steve Smith are both undersized receivers...

So what? Both are overachievers too. I have my ideas what makes a team, you can play with midgets...

I'll take an undersized corner over an undersized WR any day of the week.

Darrant williams over Steve smith? I woudl say I would take Darrant over Steve in Darrants prime, but I don't know if im saying that because im a homer. ;D . I know I would take champ over smith anyday. But Darrant williams? that's a tough one. what do you think?

You're giving mock's opinion too much credit. He'd take a warm beer over Steve Smith if you gave him the option.

Sinorice Moss and Steve Smith in the same sentence... that's just not right man!!!

Moss has str8line speed but he's not very ellusive. Not nearly as much as you would expect anyhow.

I'd take a # of receivers over Moss. To include Nance, Stovall, Williams, Holmes, and Jackson. Imagine Jake throwing to a midget... not gonna work and you can only run so many reverses a game.

Sinorice Moss has limited upside - read any "scouting" report and it says that. He'll get drafted higher than he should because of his last name.

Young Moss is a slot receiver and that it. Both his brother (5-10) and Steve Smith (5-9 1/2) are bigger the his supposed 5-8 height. I rather go with Nance, Avant, Bouknight Stovall later in the draft then Moss

Shanny likes tall Wrs. I don't think he uses a first on a midget. The WR from florida(name slips me) would seem to be a more logical draft choice, too me anyway.
