Come on Owens. Miami has warm weather year 'round, plenty of nightlife and the ocean. You'll love it. Sign on the dotted line. :yep:

But we could just drag him into the wilderness and throw him out of the car to eliminate the problem.

Have Dinger throw some ice water on him and leave him on some road near Tarryall...

If TO goes to Miami it may then be a foregone conclusion that Ricky moves on to us. Most sources say we'd get one or the other, logic says Miami would be in the same boat.

Cool. They can have Owens, we'll take Ricky. Life is good.

I wouldn't give you one red cent for Williams, and just about 5 for T.O. only because we need a WR.

Williams is only marginally better than Dayne.

That and its much closer to your home in Atlanta. Besides, everyone knows that Gus is a much better QB for you to manipulate than Jake.

Reports out of Philly this afternoon/evening were that he did visit Miami today. Either way, I'm hard-pressed to believe very much until news is official that he has found a new team.

Why is Miami interested in him anyway? They have solid recievers and there are other important areas that need to be addressed for them. Saban claims to not worry about winning games this past season in an attempt to build for the future, yet is after a 10 year vet with a questionable past. I don't get Saban...

I just can't hang my hat on Dayne... I'm just not a believer...

I wouldn't mind seeing us pass on Owens, get Ricky, and trade for Abraham.

We'd still need a receiver...

I like Dayne and wouldn't mind him starting for us but you are way underestimating Ricky, he would be a beast in our system. I'd go so far as to say TD like.

There is one person responsible for this.

I heard a story that during a draft he made one of his clients pretend that a team was looking at him by telling his client to pick up his cell phone right before a pick was to be announced. As planned, the cameras locked on them and "chatter" began. It is believed it elevated the pick.

He's notorious for trying to use rumors to generate a false market demand for a player.

That player was Willis McGahee and that absolutely did happen.

That's just a darned good avatar. ;D

I think that the "bucket boy" reference alluded to some movie where a boy had to keep up with a bucket as a urinal.

So, Cuban basically said that Phil Jackson does nothing but follow him around with a bucket so that he can pee in it when he needs to.

Talk about a public pimp slap.
