Broncos | Lynch was injured in AFC Championship Game
Mike Klis, of the Denver Post, reports Denver Broncos S John Lynch (quad) was injured during the AFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 22. Lynch charged in and laid out Pittsburgh Steelers WR Hines Ward with a ferocious hit during the first quarter of the game. Lynch suffered a severe charley horse on his inside left quadriceps, just above the knee, an injury that had not been revealed by Lynch before. The bruise ballooned instantly and left Lynch to finish the game in an ineffective limp. Lynch was still was sporting a nasty bruise Wednesday, Feb. 8, before the AFC team's Pro Bowl practice.

I love Jake, but he's a douche for bailing on the Pro-Bowl.

He bailed on the pro bowl because it didnt matter to him. I do see how that makes him a 'pansy.' The Pro Bowl is a joke anyhow. I know that he wasnt particularly pleased with getting in as a reserve.

Fergie must have been hurt too, that's what prevented him from getting more than a foot off the ground when he jumped for that Big Ben pass in the endzone.

Nah. His O-line at the Pro bowl would be better than the line he had to play with against the Steelers.
