Deputies in the Pinellas, FL, SO will be suspended for infidelity. This is an amazing step. I am not sure it will last. I know a bunch of cops, and man oh man... lets just put it like this... a policy like this would cripple the offices I have been around. Not even sailors were like cops when it came to screwing around.
I am pro law-enforcement, and I admire people who put their lives on the line for law and order. But, I have 2 daughters, and I will advise them STRONGLY not to marry a cop. Its like a frat club with guns. Certainly not all are cut from the thread but so many are.
