This is primarily as support to soldiers and are sites that are if you were stuck on a military network you could access. Porn sites are gone. Music download sites or anything with DRM or peer to peer is bad.
Shipping into APO address can be a bugger. This site looks to have some promise. If this thread gets any interest I'll put more links here as well.

Postage
We ship all packages up to 108" (length+girth) Priority Mail. Packages over 108" but not exceeding 130" must be sent Parcel Post, as they are considered "oversize" by the U.S. Postal Service. No package can exceed 70 pounds. Priority Mail postage is weight dependent; Parcel Post postage is a flat rate. All mailings to Military States AE and AP, as well as VA, are made in ZIP Code Zone 1; for Military State AA it is Zone 5, Guam is Zone 8. For each package we ship on your behalf, postage is charged at U.S. Postal Service published rates. Some APO/FPO ZIP Codes have further restrictions. Please see your local Postmaster for more details. Packages going to all State Dept. Pouch addresses cannot exceed 40 pounds or 62".

Insurance Charges (optional)
During registration and any time thereafter, on a per-package-basis, you can tell us how much insurance coverage you want on your packages (example: $65.00, $350.00, up to $5000.00).
