Brodrick Bunkley at #22
Ko Simpson at #32 but should be #29, I guess they thought we would win the Super Bowl.

I would crap my pants if we got these two.

Bunkley at 22 would be an absolute steal!!!
It wouldn't take much to convince me that drafting two or three FSU players in the first three picks would be great selections. I'm big on Wimbley to begin with. Bunkley went into the Sr. Bowl with a LB's physique but the weight of a stud DT.

Adding Santonio to our WR corps would put the fear of God in D coorinators. With our run game and above average TE play, he'd be scary along side Ash and Rod. I don't want Bing at all.

This looks pretty good. Another pass rusher and another pass catcher might have been enough to put us over the top this year.

I think Santonio would be a great pick up....but we need a pass rusher on the end...not a DT

Yep ... someone who can get to the QB and sack him rather than try to get there.

NFL draft Showcase has Denver Getting KIWI with 1a, Chad Jackson 1b, and Bunkley with 2. That is an unlikely scenario, but would fit team needs better than I would ever imagine!
IMHO, Bunkley goes in the late teens at the latest.

Bunkley is likely DT #2 now with his sr. bowl performance in pratice & that he looks like a LB as a 320 DT

Rod Wright at 22
Marcus McNeil at 29
Charles Spencer OG or Davin Joseph OG 2nd round
Defensive End Purdue Ray Edwards 3rd round
I do not believe we will not take a WR in this draft. I have read that the coaches are very high on Terrel chicagos former first rounder. The issue with Terell was he believed his own press cliping when he came to the bears and would not work very hard in pratice. He is now working his but off and is finaly is coachable. I personally would want Hank Baskett but that is not going to happen.
With Shanny's success last year by drafting one position CB early and often which I call a theme daft don't be suprise to see the stratigy again. I thing this year will have a OL theme theme draft with a top quality DT taken in the first round.

Denver finally solved the CB problem by drafting 3 last year, i expect no less than 2 WR's drafted this year & a FA or 2 added as well
Terrell will be good, Rod has a few more years left & Lelie is coming on but you still need more impact players & there is no way you can pass on a WR in this draft when you have so many picks, personally i'd love to see Greg Lee fall to the 3rd or 4th round & snag him but i also like Jason Avant as a later round choice

And we could end up with TO, too.

Terrell SUX. He's not the answer. We WILL draft a WR AND pick one up thru FA. I like Ray Edwards, but his worth ethic is awful. I'd not take him unless he's there in the 3rd. Rod Wright is soft and is expected to keep on slipping out of the 1st round.

I live in chicago so I know about Terell. His issues were never his tallent but his inmaturity. He always thought that he just needed to show up and that it did not require him to work on his craft by listening to the coaching staff. Terrell has the tallent no dout, he just need a coach that could humble him and from what I read Shanny did just that.

PERSONNEL ANALYSIS: Denver picked up WR David Terrell just after the season began from New England and it took him time to get acclimated to the Broncos' playbook and to recover from a staph infection. Terrell, a former first-round pick by Chicago, also wasn't as advanced on special teams as No. 4 receiver Todd Devoe and hadn't been around long enough to earn the trust No. 3 WR Charlie Adams has. But Terrell has the size to be a red-zone factor in the future, and coaches have been impressed with his work ethic and tenacity. With a full offseason in the strength and conditioning program, he'll likely push for a more playing time next summer, hinging on what Denver does in the draft.
This the weakest daft in recent memory for WR so I do not want to wast an early pick on a weak position.

i hope i'm wrong about him if he remains a bronco, but forgive me if i don't think he'll matter that much.
good analysis though.

I know just what your talking about having seen him here in Chicago when he was drafted. He suxed big time because he mailed it in at pratice and was uncoachable. I just hope he has truely grown up and will listen and do what the coaches tell him because if does the we have top 5 WR talent with out using any draft picks or large amount of cap space to get him.
