View Full Version : Is Shanny desperate enough to really go after T.O.

this would only be an atempt to bring a player that may be able to make Jake look good.
He probably is, because Jake was a bad decision. If you don't think so just read trhe Rocky Mt. news.

Shannahan would not get TO just to make Plummer look good, he would get him because TO is a playmaker and shanny probably thinks he could help us. I don't think Shannahan is desperate, just a gambler and it wouldn't surprise me to see TO in a denver uniform next year even though I don't want him to.

The Raiders fvckn suck a$$. Only that team would get Randy Moss and fail to get him the ball, and also be a sh1tty passing team. Only they could get good players in the offseason and be f'n horrible. Some things never change. Free agents should stay away from that organization, unless they want to lose and be crappy.

Sorry if I don't run up and hug trolls from Chiefs Planet. If you want to run for President of the Welcome Wagon, I think the position is vacant.

I was taking a nap awhile ago, and this weird interference intruded into my dream. It was kind of like the white noise and static you see on an old-fashioned TV when you've got it tuned to a station that's just outside your reception range. I don't know how else to explain it.
It was like some sort of broken transmission from somewhere. I could have sworn that I heard rascal's voice. It went sort of like this:
This ... rascal ... year ... twenty-twelve ... for God's sake ... ca .... and ... all over the building ... repeat ... Terrell ... threads ... gained self awareness and mutated .... demanding .... U.N. .... ckhhhhh .... Denver and Omaha already gone .... moving ..... repeat ... chhhhhh.

LMAO rep.
Bringing in the best WR in the NFL is desperate? He would be an immediate upgrade at the position and make the offense a real threat. Bring on TO.

I just figured you've run across this yokel already. He's been adding his one cent for the last couple days. I generally ignore the trolls when they're chiming in on other threads, but when they decide to start redundant smack threads, they can expect a rude response.

Moss can't run routes consistently and TO can.
If TO's has a contract that says one complaint about getting the ball , one statement to the press about ANY teammate, etc, etc., your suspended and done for the year he could be a real asset. The guy is a playmaker and MAYBE he really wants to play now. . Of course he would be gone the next year, going to the highest bidder. So its not long term at all.
On the other hand he is a flava clown... We don't need that. and he could be poison without saying a word publically.
NO thanks!:pimp:

I'd rather let Dallas go ahead and sign him (which I think they ultimately will) and grab Meshawn Johnson after they let him go. I'm no fan of Meshawn either, but he's a regular saint compared to Owens and he'd be a nice target to have in the red zone.

Would it be remotely possible for a contract like that? Legal ramifications etc.

for what it's worth, just last week I made the comment that I was against getting TO. After this last game, it's clear to me that we needed some help downfield. We're so close, and TO is so hungry, that I think I could go for it. We're going to be an attractive play for free agents this offseason.
As for the Jake criticism, it's well deserved after this last game, but the overall picture this season, I think he's proven that he can play under control. I think he just needs more help. TO just might be the needed help. I'd also like to see us make a trade for Ricky Williams.
Whatever anyone says, we made it to the AFC Championship. Clearly, since signing Jake, we've been on an upswing. I think that TO and Ricky Williams would complete that upswing and make us competitive for years afterward.
Add to that, this upcoming draft we are expecting to have 5 draft picks in day one. Two firsts, one second, and at least two thirds...

I think I can co-sign all of the above.
Our offense would be a lean, mean scoring machine that would elicit fear in every other team in the league.
