OK I'll post this here and not in the main forum because I really do not want to get flamed. A guy on a car forum is running his mouth about Plummer. He says and shows some proof, Plummer plead no contest to sexual abuse in 97. He claims it was a horrific rape, I doubt it. Has anyone heard of this? Links?

I've seen some things about it...plead no contest to 4 counts of sex abuse in 1997 ( I think Sept) when he was QB for Cardinals...but, I haven't seen any stories with much detail.

He got drunk and allegedly pinched some butts at a nightclub. Try Jim Druckenmiller or Todd Bouman for rapist QBs.

Thanks, I knew it was not what was portrayed by this clown. You know the type, get a sliver of truth and then make a huge negative story over it.

I have heard two versions of this story, one you can read the records of 4 counts of abuse case closed, the other I heard was from a couple of girls I know that attended ASU at the time. Plummer had a rep for nailing everything that walked, and that he raped a girl in a bathroom at a bar, either her father helped out the program or she only pressed charges cause he wouldn't date her.

With the info you guys gave me and the one link he provided I was able to find something. It sounds like a night out in a college town to me. I'm sure Jake crossed the line, but the clown I'm dealing with is saying it was a brutal rape.

Thanks for the replies, I personally had to know. I've always like Jake, and just wanted to know the truth.
