I love watching that show as well, although it makes me sick to see these cars I'd love to own going for prices I may never be able to afford.
I love my 1994 Mustang GT though :D

My dad had a 65 Nova SS. Original 283 car that had a built 327 making abour 425hp. Sold that car and now has a 1967 Plymouth GTX with a 440 that is under restoration.
When he was younger, his cousin had a 1969 Camaro Z/28. My dad had a 1971 Z28 he bought brand new, also had a 1963 (I think) Impala SS w/409.

I don't know if people know how the great white can get hit with snow. I can't remember the year...maybe 25 years ago.
It' snowed like 40 days and 40 nights and we had the Electra in the corn crib...it was packed with snow like sardines in a tin can, hard as a rock...I'm talkin' packed engine compartment...packed passenger compartment...packed trunk...and this wasn't a cheap car...it was an Electra...basically a poor mans Caddilac...that what quite the storm...-80 wind chill...
After a full day of me working the passenger cabin and he scooping out the engine compartment, we got her fired up...
Just getting to her was a battle...we had totally lost power, hell, snow was trying to invade the house...after that we had a generator in the shop.
That poor car went thru the doubl fuel tank adventure of Mexico and was traded in...for the super Caddy...the the one I was getting laid in and accidentally had the flashers on at the drive in....
Excuse me...(I'm giving head to my girl).....your flashers are on...heh...You can't make this stuff up...all true...

PHOENIX - One of the Aston Martin spy cars from the James Bond movies "Thunderball" and "Goldfinger" has been sold for $2.1 million at a vintage cars auction.
The winning bidder for the 1965 Aston Martin DB5 was not identified by RM Auctions officials.
The vehicle was one of four built for 1964's "Goldfinger" and 1965's "Thunderball," as well as promotional tours. The auction car was primarily used for promotion.
Some of the special options on the Aston Martin include replica machine guns, a wheel-mounted tire slasher, a retractable rear bulletproof screen, an oil slick ejector and a smoke screen system.
It was one of several celebrity automobiles offered by Tennessee's Smoky Mountain Car Museum, which has had it on display since the late 1970s.
Also at the auction was Al Capone's 1928 Cadillac Town Sedan, which sold for $621,500, and
Hank Williams Jr.'s 1964 "Silver Dollar" Pontiac convertible, which went for $214,500.
