Has anyone heard anything? I know it comes out later today, I'm just curious if anyone was hurt Saturday.

Seemed like we came out clean.

none that i saw.

DW still isnt feeling up to par yet according to him. Yet another reason im glad we drew the Steelers, Payaton might have had a field day with Paymah or Cox.

The injury report for the Championship Game will be somewhat misleading.

In as much as Shanahan was fined for not being specific/inclusive enough, the team will list every bump & bruise...but it won't mean much in the way of accuracy.

From what I've gleened from a variety of sources, Al Wilson is the only guy with any lingering issues...the casted broken thumb of course, a strained shoulder, a bruised rib and a strained calf muscle, but don't even think he won't play...the guy is rabid & was just throwing himself into everything Saturday.

Champ Bailey has a very sore right shoulder as you might imagine...the rest are just nicks & bruises...oh, and Mike Anderson is fine, although his ankle needs to be tightly wrapped.

Need to addd ol' Courtney Brown who has lingering shoulder & knee issues...but he has already announced that he will play.

Other than that, in reality, they are remarkably free of any serious injury concerns...amazing after 20+ games...including Pre-Season.

You can only imagine how sore & fatigued the Steelers players are.

Ben has a thumb injury and only threw once after that.
If we get close and smack him around ?

Hyper-extended pancreas is the early report on Roethlisberger.

Hyper-extended pancreas is the early report on Roethlisberger.

WTF is that? If your not joking that's life threatening. You can't transplant the pancreas yet. I had a friend die of pancreitis. He said he felt bad to me at Burt and I sympathised, next day he was dead. Man, I should of made him get in a demo and get him to the hospital. I still feel terrible about it. He had that health issue but I wasn't terribly close to him as a friend, but he did voice concern to me. But it was almost in passing. I just stopped by his office in passing to say hi. He was a fine man compared to some scum that pass thru the car business.

Anyway, Big Ben better be careful if his pancreas is bruised or hyperextended...whatever that means.

Well, if it is because you sacrificed it as a 12th man at the game, then I commend you.

Hell, if you lost it yelling at the TV, I commend you. :egbgb:

No sympathy for them. Everyone has bumps and bruises. Sounds like Rhino is pretty banged up, but still running. Sounds like his wheels are OK...from the waist up he sounds like a traveling MASH unit.

I have a bad feeling that we will get a few injuries this game. These aren't the Bad News Bears this week. And I'm not talking about Chicago!

I'm allready in game day excitement and it's freaking Wednesday.

It was some sort of divine intervention that #56 was the only jersey I could find in my size during the bye week. I was damn proud to be wearing it.

Wasn't it Brown and his lingering issues who forced the fumble from Kevin Faulk? We're good to go...

Mmmmmkayyyyyyy....so nothing basically new...we dig in and defend our turf!

Beezer is doing some sympathy therapy on the comforter licking his quads...or maybe he's just taking a tounge bath....Ha!

At any rate, we seem ready to roll....

I said at the begining of the season if we can defend home turf and go .500 on the road we will go deep. Well, we did even better. Man we want this game, we NEED this game. We deserve to put salt on a corkscrew and screw it up the pundits a-holes.

Great report as usual wabbit, thanks a bunch! ^5

Al being a little nicked after that monster game doesnt surprise me at all. Hopefully Brown has a good week of rest and will be ready to go for the game as well.

Yeah those Steelers players have gotta be banged up, an early lead will take out some adrenaline and the PAIN will come, man i hope we can do it.

Wasn't it Brown and his lingering issues who forced the fumble from Kevin Faulk? We're good to go...

I thought that was hilarious. After hearing all the hype about Faulk, I saw him running through the line and all of sudden there's this heavily strapped arm about the size of one of Faulks legs that reaches out and then next thing you know Faulk is flipping backwards, and it's Broncos ball.

I think that Big Ben took a pretty good shot with a helmet to his triceps. Might have a nasty contusion which will make throwing problematic.

Halfcreek is correct. The sideline report was the contusion was "enormous". In addition, he was having problems feeling his "fingers" on the affected right arm. That is symptomatic of a shock to the nerve that runs down and just inside your elbow, "funny bone", and can last for a while if hammered hard enough. This one could get very interesting...dman

I was so bummed when Big Al couldn't nab that ball down by the EZ. No cast, and it's a walk-in TD.

Does this mean we face (drum roll) THE MAN WHO WILL MAKE US FORGET ABOUT JOHN ELWAY? The dreaded Tommy Maddox?
