I think we can all agree that Pats-week here on the OM got a little childish.
Alot of us just wanted to analyze the game, and all they wanted to do was give us a list of their achievements, followed by the popular announcement that the game was already won. It brough out the worst in a lot of us. But we won, so thank god they are gone!!!
I have a feeling Steelers fans will be much different. They have a team alot like ours, so i can only assume the fans will be a lot like ours. Sure, they will have their bandwagon fans that jumped on board when #7 became QB, but i think for the most part they'll be genuine fans.
It's a short week with MLK day today, so hopefully it goes fast!! But i look forward to all the info about the Steelers this week, as it's not a team that i know a whole lot about, except what you would see/hear on a TV Broadcast. You know, the type of stuff that gets said OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Like for us: Shanahan scripts his first 15 plays or that Shanahan prefers smaller, more agile O-Lineman for his zone blocking scheme, which was put in place by Alex Gibbs, current line coach for Atlanta, and then a graph to show what both Denver and Atlanta are doing in the running game(which in Atlanta's case is biased because of Vick.. but anyway... :pimp: ).
Anyway, congrats on beating the colts, and welcome to the Orange Mane.
GO BRONCOS!!
