As much as I wanted the Broncos to play at home and am excited that they have the AFC Championship in Denver...Do you think it will make them more fired up or is it likely that they could not play as hard because it's the Steelers and not the Colts?
Personally...I think they win either way...but...just a thought...
(and I definitely don't think either team would be easy...)

The team seems too focused IMO. Guys like Al, Lynch, Champ, Rod really keep these guys on an even keel.

They'll be revved up and ready to go. Despite what Ian Gold said, they wanted to host the AFC Championship game badly. They got it.
Now they get to play for a trip to the Super Bowl in front of what promises to be a raucous Invesco crowd. If they thought people were loud Saturday, wait until they get ready to kick off this one.

The superbowl is just one game away. Denver will be ready. Shanny will ensure that.

Damn right. He ensured that they'd stay focused when he ran the starters out there in San Diego. They'll be ready on Sunday.

Get ready to hear Bronco players and personnel dish out heaps of praise for the Steelers. Denver will make them feel like they are the unquestioned favorites coming into this game.

Shanahan and Cowher have a healthy respect for one another. I expect to hear both sides sending plenty of kudos both ways.
Except maybe Joey Porter.

I couldn't agree more. There are too many "PROS" in the locker room who have been there done that for any loss of focus.

I saw an in-home interview with rookie CB Dominique Foxworth just before Thanksgiving wherein he said that he's terrified to make any kind of a mistake because of the rather colorful talking-to he gets in the defensive huddle from Al Wilson.
Foxworth says he's endured a couple & said his ears were red for a week.

Al Wilson went out there and made 11 tackles with a cast on his hand Saturday night. He leads both vocally as well as by example. Foxworth would do well to emulate the heart and work ethic of the Broncos defensive captain....or face the consequences.

Yep. If they can't get jacked up for this game they don't belong in the NFL.
