Who the hell is running things in Indy? Manning decides to go for it on 4th down. The gamble paid off, but come on. Does Manning make the game plans? No wonder they pass so much. Is Manning the GM? No wonder his contract is so big, and they have always been loaded on offense.

They just got a score out of it, so it worked, but maybe a player running the ship is the reason they haven't been able to win it all.

That is why Dungy will NEVER win the big game, he lacks aggressivness and too much wants to be liked by his players instead of being respected.
