Sterling and Solomon both picked the Broncos and the analysis was pretty good.

Better then listening to woodson or kennedy give us their indepth "brady needs to be prepared when he goes to denver" analysis. Personally, i was impressed with it.

I was in aol chat for football, never laughed so hard in my entire lifetime. Broncos favored by 3, yet its an upset if they win. I am fairly sure thats backwards, but hey, wtf do I know.

Soloman/Sterling say NE is playing three opponents on Saturday. The Broncos, the 12th Man, and the altitude. "If you're smart, you pick the Broncos in this one." The other dude says, "After all that, it still doesn't feel right to pick against Tom Brady."
Give me a friggen break!! Go Broncos!
Broncos - 42
Patriots - 17

I've always like Sterling. Yeah, he's a bit loud. Well, that's an understatement. He's very loud. But he makes some very good points. Countdown shouldn't have let him go for Irvin. Sterling is a whole lot better. Irvin is just loud.

That's funny. This is going to be a close game and either team can win. The only possibility of a blow out is the other way. Pats players don't get rattled and hit the crap out of you until the final whistle.
You will be surprised by how physical they are.

Why do you keep acting like the Broncos didn't beat the ever loving sh!t out of the patriots in week 6? Denver knows they play to the final whistle...it's not a shock to anyone. Oh, and for the pats not getting rattled and blown out and blah blah blah...what happened at home when you got throttled by the chargirls?

I know a lot people complained when he was announcing games this year, but I grew to like him on Playbook. They do much more analysis and aren't afraid to give honest, objective opinions. Irvin is a total tool and is far less credible than Sterling.
Did they have any ideas on how to stop the Pepsi machine?

Irvin is a buffoon, he's on for comic relief, sort of like a Barney Fife or Cosmo Kramer character.

Yeah, I like Sterling. He does way better play-by-play/commentary than Sunday Night Football crew, too. Can't believe ESPN hasn't fired Irvin yet.

Laugh?! I thought I'd die.....forgot all about that monster guy clogging the running lanes and scoring on almost any given play. Hope Mike gameplans for this guy.
Then again how serious should we take a team that drafts a soda machine #1 overall....that's like drafting a kicker in round one right?

Sterling's a good color guy. He looks at technique of wr's and has some good insights on actually making the plays physically (e.g. routes, footwork, shading, etc.). Beats the hell out of Madden and his sophomoric gags.
