Why no respect?

I continue to be baffled why Denver never gets any respect or accolades around the sports media and fans. Even after back to back Superbowl wins there were no bandwagon jumpers like with so many other teams. Denver never has become an admired team. Although I don't think I would like it if Denver became an "America's Team" type of team but it would be nice to get a bit more respect for a historically solid team with good players, coaches, fans and overall excellent organization over the years. Jake is the main reason for the neg rep on us IMO. He is a "game manager" (BS!!!!!!), in their eyes and he isnt the reason we are 13-3. We have no "sexy" players, besides Champ. And the only play they remember him for is letting TO score that long td (on 1 leg i might add). So the no respect is expected, it is annoying, but hopefully the team uses it as fuel for the fire. :thumbsup:
