Its interesting to look where the Patriots are on the list (wins wise) then look at the number of Super Bowls.

They have it wrong...we've been to 6 Superbowls...not 5...but I guess since they count from '79 thats why...

5 SB's since 1979 1977 season does not count.

impressive any way you look at it.

And next year the Broncos host the 49ers ... Isn't it amazing how the Niners have won so many more SBs than the Broncos, but yet the Broncos are a more consistent winner.

It's a good thing the Cardinals don't have any fans. They would be might disappointed never reaching even 10 wins since '79.

Its interesting that every team has endured at least one season of 11 or more losses.

The Lions had a winning percentage of .433 and were 27th in the League before Matt Millen took over.

Now their winning percentage is .407, 31st in the League, only better than hapless Arizona.

Nice five year plan there, jagov. http://www.nflhs.com/Images/PlayerPics/Millen.jpg

I ran some numbers around HOF and who gets dissed. Statistically - using SB appearance or SB wins vs. HOF members as the measure (trying to account for the 5 year waiting period, and excluding pre-merger HOFs) - Denver is absolutely the most $crewed team in the league.

I am saving the post until HOF time.

He obviously is trying to destroy the franchise completely because according to him, they're "headed in the right direction." The goal must be 32nd.

If they counted from '77, the Broncos would have 15 more wins than the Niners. They would be #1.

now i know it is not just in my head, the broncos have been good forever.
no wonder why broncos v pats gives me nightmares, im sure fans of other teams feel the same way.

Its interesting to look where the Patriots are on the list (wins wise) then look at the number of Super Bowls.

That's true but when you consider how woeful the Broncos were from '60 -'75, their run is even more incredible since there have been only 28 SB's since '75 and we've been in 6 of them.

....not to mention it took a 20 plus win streak to carry your Pats over .500

it is amazing that it only took that.
the pats franchise was a mess for many years.
the last 15 years have been just short of a miracle.
like the phoenix they have risen.
