Way too young, RIP Jack!
“ He was a great teammate, one of the hardest-working guys that I played with. A terrible loss, a terrible shocker. Jack was a young man. ”

One of the heroes of my childhood. When I first fell in love with football, Jack Snow was the man. A tough receiver. 340 receptions for 6,012 yards. A 17.7 yard average. 45 TDs in 150 games. RIP.

Those George Allen Rams teams were pretty damn explosive with Snow, Willie Ellison and Bernie Casey. Of course Les Josephson and Roman Gabriel as well.
Snow did not fully become a recognized top talent until Allen had enough of the quirky Bernie Casey. Bernie Casey had great talent but spent too much of his time hating "The Man".
People who are used to todays' passing numbers would easily look over Jack Snow's 1970 season, for instance.
Another great name from my youth is gone. The name Jack Snow conjures up the simple Navy and White Rams football uni design, before they added the yellow horns.

What team names they had. Dick Bass, Jack Snow, Roman Gabriel, Rosie Grier (ah Bobby Kennedy) Merlin Olsen, Maxie Baughan, Diron Talbert, Richie Pettibone
