He's due a 7.5 M Roster Bonus. in march, and will likely be released.

Chances are noone will pick up his contract in a trade. Do we roll the dice and bring in the puppet master?

Hell, I know it won't happen but it's worth one run around the table. You can't deny TO brings somethining we could use at WR.

Hasn't this subject been discussed like thrice over? And I believe the over whelming opinion was not only no, but hell no!

No, it hasn't. He is due a roster bonus in March. It won't be an issue till then. He's likely to hit the street after his "incident".

Yo mama's a chipmumk!

I could have sworn I read multiple threads about bringing T.O onboard when he was suspended indefinetly by the Eagles. I don't know about the roster bonus issue, but the "bring T.O" bs was certainly discussed at length.

No, there was alot of talk he migh be released. He wasn't. Philly was too pisses off. Plus the trading deadling had passes. They will prance him around for a trade but likely will just dump him in march.

It's funny they were so pissed they didn't even release him last year.

This whole ordeal has been local to me, so I have had a front row seat to the show and I will say this. I would GLADLY take him with a contract that pays him well the first year and is conditional after that. I promise you people, he WILL behave for the first year, wherever he ends up. He behaved in Philly for the first year. If we are truly on the verge os a SB title, his talent would put us over the top. If he acts up after that, then that is why he got a conditional contract. Will he go for that, prolly not, but if he did, I would love to have his talent on the field...if he loses Drew.

Sure...sign TO...Bong Williams...little Vick...any other wack jobs we can find as well...why not? While we're at it...what's Todd Marinovich and Ray Caruth up to these days?

Absolutely if the price is right. Where else are you going to find anything near his talent for the price he'll get this year? TO turns Jake into a pro-bowler.

Jake IS a pro-bowler, haven't you read the news.

A real pro-bowler. TO would elevate the whole team (improve the running game even more and give Jake the weapon he's been missing).

TO would elevate himself and give Jake migraines.

Not on a year to year contract. There is no questioning his play on the field, he gives 110% every down.

If TO comes, he will play very well on the field and destroy the fabric of the team off the field. People will once again look at his gaudy numbers and say 'Wow, how could the Broncos not win with TO on this team?' and fail to realize he brings more negatives to the team that cancels out his great stats.

I wouldn't hire TO to pull weeds on my back hill.

That's a possibility but he's on his last life now. If he wants to make some more money before it's over for him I bet that he realizes this is it and has to perform on and off the field.

There was absolutely no problem the first year in Philly.

It has been discussed plenty of times. But vikingmock wanted to up his post count to 50K before the weekend so he can drink in peace.

From the sounds of it Chad Johnson may be available this offseason too if the rumors about him taking a swing at coach Lewis this past weekend are true. Plus he's been positioning himself for a new contract for some time and it will be interesting in Cincy to see if any of this is true.

I'd rather take a chance on Eric Moulds or Charles Rogers rather than TO.

The contract story is old, I remember reading it when Palmer signed his contract or seeing something about Chad wanting to restructure. As far as Chad taking a swing I can not confirm from a news source, just a RUMOR at this point but some times where there is smoke there is fire.

Probably started by other teams in the off chance they can create smoke and have an opportunity to see someone "fired"
